Anybody know what this movie is called?

I use to watch it with my dad when i was a kid, a few guys rob a bank and the manger with the key is across the street getting lunch so they walk the hostages to the restruant to get him, and one of the guys tries to make the hostages sing. I think at one point they start diving in circle (4 lefts or something) and end up flippung the car
