i have done a lift like this on a friends ranger and it doesn't give you the full 3-4" of lift due to the weight of the vehicle and settling it comes out to be like 2-2.5" of lift. I think you would be better off with 3" spindles and chevy shackles. You will get a better ride out of the spindles and it will align right when you take it to get it aligned. With the coils you have to buy a camber kit and control arms with a different angle on them from like fabtech. Which is way more expensive then the spindles. Good Luck with the lift!
 
Looks to be the same as this kit, only without the shocks/pitman arm
