I think this might be a little overboard on the lights? I'm not sure about the 2 on the bottom? Suggestions?

The bottom lights would be overkill. It looks much cleaner without them. I would just use the ones already recessed into the bumper
 
i would say mount all 4 to the stock bumper, that light bar offers little to no protection and you still have to drill holes in your bumper to attach it. unless you can put some bends in the bottom of the light bar i just dont think it looks right on the truck, looks more like a 1st or 2nd gen take off?
 
Psh.... Theres no such thing as overkill when it comes to lights. :D

It all depends on where you put them... I got 4 just for the front, that doesn't include the 10 plan to add when I get the bed rack made!

But I do agree the ones on the bottom are a little low and odd. maybe just mount all 4 between the headlights on the bumper or get some light tabs and a cross bar...
