hey guys
i know its not a ford but i dont know where else to go on this one.
i got a 1990 gmc 1500 with a 305 and 700 r4.
the problem im having is the truck will not shift into second untill its into high rpms .so late shift .if i slam on the gas and let of it will shift into second for me.
i adjusted the tv cable to what i beleive is the correct adjustemnt from the haynes manual.
i dont know what else it could be except the tv valve in the valve body.
any chevy trans guys here who have any ideas .or alland?
