deciphered a code from the flashing check engine light. verified it several times. "insufficient voltage to MAF sensor"... i have no idea how to go about adressing this issue...does anyone have a clue? the check engine lights stays on about 90% of the time and when it goes off, it does so randomly on the interstate for about twenty seconds. then the truck starts to buck, the light comes back on, and it resumes driving fine. everyonce in a while when i come to a hard stop the engine cuts off...starts right back up when i turn the key... also have lost a lot of power taking off from a dead stop...motor acts like it wants to die...once i start moving maybe five miles an hour the motor catches up and then acceleration is more than sufficient from there all the way through top speed...i replaced the maf sensor a year ago and it ran fine for a while...it has also burned up three fuel pump relays in the last year as well...i know there's something electrical wrong but i dont know where to start when it comes to fixing it. i have put 20,000 miles on it since i got it last year (mostly highway), i have replaced the starter, alternator, plugs, wires, maf sensor, fuel pump, inline fuel filter, pcv valve, various vaccuum lines, the battery, air filter, and also very recently installed an air induction kit to replace the factory breather box...the problem has been there for about six months so i know its not that...i put that on to get back some of the pep and mpg ive lost due to this problem. and ideas please let me know...even if its a long shot...thank you ahead of time

Check the pcm with all those random electrical problems it could be that

You could just need a maf cleaning, but if it says MAF insufficient voltage, tehn most likely its insufficient voltage. CHekc you wiring to the maf and make sure none of your connections are dirty or pulled loose, and dismount the maf and make sure the little electrodes inside are still good and not broken.

Start replacing ground wires. I would suspect a bad ground at this point and its probably buried in the harness. So I would make some new ones. Having parallel grounds doesn't hurt anything.
