hi,today my truck was overheating on the way home,it dint run rough or leaking before. wen i found it was overheating(just before the red) i stop the engine and stop on the shoulder right away, i first found antifreeze coming out the cold air intake(out the cone filter),then i have check the motor oil and found over 2-3 quarts of coolant in it. i towed the truck at home right away and din't start it either beacause of the excess fluid in the oil pan
the thing thats bugs me its the antifreeze that the engine throws up real bad in the intake
. could it be the intake gasket and not the heads??? i really hope so lol
oh and i got a 1994 ranger with the 4.0L ohv with a 5spd standard and air condition
