anti-freeze how much?

i have a 1987 Ranger xlt i bought for 500 got it home fine its sat for a week but i started it everyday and let it run and today i got it insured and in my name but after running it for about 20 minutes today i discovered theres no anti-freeze, how much do i need i tried searching but perhaps not hard enough i need to know before tomorrow so i can drive it

That depends ... what size engine are we talkin about? Regardless of the engine, I usually have extra ready and available.
Mix it at about 50% and you will be fine to about -70F. Make sure to check it frequently, just in case there is a blown freeze plug, blown head gasket or some other problem with the cooling system.
