another seat question

Can anyone tell me if bucket seats from a 2002 ranger edge ext cab will fit in my 1993 ranger ext cab? My original buckets are pretty shot.

You will probably have to swap tracks and a few other minor parts, but other than that it will be fine.

I know 1995-2011 extended cab seat tracks can go back and forth. Has to be extended cab tracks only of those years. The bolt holes line up. 1998-2011 the seat is pretty much with the track being a custom fit unlike the flat bottom seats in the 1995-1997 that come off the track easy and fit many other Ford tracks.

I only had one 1993 and never swapped seats but the tracks were very similar if not the same when looking at them next to 1995-1997 tracks when I had them all removed from the trucks.

Just an update and fyi, I picked up a couple of like new seats out of a 2002 Ranger ext cab pickup and they bolted right in to my 1993 ranger ext cab. Only had to swap the seat belt latch on the seats. easy swap.
