I used to work as a Tire and brake technician @ a local shop here in town, I bet if you go to a local tire shop they could tell you w/in 5 minutes if they think your gonna buy the rims and tires from them.
I think 15X8's will work but go to a local shop and make sure
i know 15x8's will work. i'll just buy the rims and trafe with someone else. and get the 15x8 i guess i'll see how much the bs is on them before i freak out to much
i have 15x10 simlocks on my truck with 35x14.5 boggers on them and only the farthest outside knob of the tire rubs a little on the radius arm but its only all the way to the lock... still have full steering lock to lock
Don't mean to scare you but i have a 1996 with 3 inch bl and 15x10's with 33x12.50x15 and i could hardly turn, like a half turn of the wheel. I had to order a 4 inch suspension lift. My backspacing is 3.75 i believe.
No sorry for the confusion. With just a 3 inch body lift and 33x12.50x15 on 15x10 rims rubbed alot! And i ordered a 4 inch lift to make sure i can steer and it won't rub when i hit bumps and stuff. It is not on yet. Clear what i'm trying to say? I'll prolly make a thread of after i put it on and see how it turns, im guessing it will be fine.
I have cranked 1.5" keys with a 3" body lift running 15x10's with a 3.5" backspace with 33x12.5 widetrack's and I rub on the rear of my fenders and on the rubber extension that are attached to the inner wheels wells of the truck. Very annoying but I never rubbed once with worn 33's... Only started when I installed my new tires.
