I installed a 4.0 1999 Explorer motor with a 90 amp alternator in my 1985 Bronco II. Had a 2.8 motor with a 30 amp alternator.
I want to use my stock amp meter, does anyone know what size shunt or resistor to install to keep from frying my gage?
Thank you, Ted

it shouldn't affect it, the alternator will only put out what is demanded
