would I be able to re-aligning my Ranger after a 1" coil spacer lift without any additional parts?

Might not even need re-alignment with only 1" lift---wait for other members to reply & check out the Technical Library while ur waiting---might find something helpful in there:icon_thumby:

I checked a while ago and it was somewhere around 3/4"-1" where you would not be able to realign without an alignment kit. I think it was for the 4th gens though I have a 5th gen. just want to be sure before going forward with a budget lift.

I want to put my old swampers back on and dont want the slight rub exposing the parking brake cable that came with them.

thanks

wait for a cheap add in the pennysaver and go to an alignment shop i installed 2in coil springs on my ranger a slight difference i was able to get mosted of it fixed at an aligment shop unless it pulls to the right or left it will be fine it shouldnt wear your tires prematurely much

most ttb/tib trucks are alignable with up to a 2" change in ride height without pivot drop brackets.

any time you change the ride height of a ttb/tib truck you must have it aligned to get your chamber back into specs.

thanks everyone. im going to order the Belltech spacer. I saw it on Summit and thought it was a generic brand and was sceptical about fitment and quality, so I searched the Belltech site and they seem to be a legitimate company that specializes in lowering suspension with a few lift kits.

you more than likely will need new camber eccentrics. i really don't see how it would stay in spec with even 1/2 in of lift.

i know ill need to realign. i just wanted to know if i would need an aftermarket camber kit.

In stock form there is no adjustment for camber/caster, you will need the upper eccentric bolts for an alignment to be performed if it requires more than just a simple toe adjustment.

yep, the adjustable eccentric bushings(bolts) correct the camber & the caster on a T.I.B.
EDIT: Sorry (dis-regard the babble--wasn't paying attention to the yearmodel)

it depends on what bushings the truck got from the factory. most trucks didnt roll off the line with a zero degree bushing, most needed an offset bushing to align it. granted his stock bushings arent offset enough to align it after a 2" lift.

They are just a square washer pretty much that is not adjustable, so any way you look at it you need the camber/caster eccentrics if the truck is needing camber/caster adjustment.

so, toe is adj. from the factory but camber is not? do you think anything more than my toe will go out with a 1 inch spacer? not a 1 inch THICK spacer rather a spacer that will lift approx. 1".
