I'm thinking of putting airbags in the rear of my 1990 Ranger to help with carrying heavier loads. I was sort of looking at the Firestone Ride-Rite. Has anyone had any experience with them good or bad? My truck has a 4 inch lift in it so I was wondering if that poses a problem with install and also was concerned about clearance issues running tire chains. Any feedback appreciated.

The firestone set up's are an very nice set up. With having a lift you will need to do a bit of custom fabbing to space the air bag up a bit from the leaf spring, or bring the frame mount down towards the axle so you don't over extend the air bag.
