Airbag cover // Can't find one in good shape

My Dad passed last year and I'm almost done with a full frame off restoration of his 1995 Ranger XLT as a remembrance to him. We bought the truck together and has a lot of memories so I went all out. I found a brand new steering wheel from Ford in stock and even ordered a new airbag and steering clock. Well the airbag was from EBAY and the seller never sent it. I got my money back but now I'm having the hardest time even finding one that isn't trashed. Heavily scratched, peeling etc. Any one have any ideas? I'm almost to the point of buying an aftermarket steering wheel and giving up. This has been going on for months. I've have exhausted all the junk yard here in Florida/GA.

If you buy a used airbag make sure you get the VIN off the donor truck and have a dealer check it in OASIS to make sure the ignitor has been replaced. Better yet, have the seller get it checked before you pay them. Worst case, I suppose you could buy a new inflator and replace it yourself.
