Hi I don't know if this is the right forum but oh well. I have a '03 3.0 and want to do my air intake. I was just wondering besides K&N, what other ones are good? Which brand tends to add the most hp and gas mileage? Thanks

your not going to get any hp or mileage from an aftermarket intake. the largest bottle neck in these motors is the throttle body...so if you want to open the motor up, thats the place to start.

if you still want an aftermarket intake, make sure its an ACTUAL cold air intake (like your stock intake), not an exposed cone filter like so many companies use.

I agree, the OEM intake and air filter are very efficient, and is a CAI!!!!!

Here is a truly independent dyno test of a K&N air filter:

Don't throw your money away!!!
