Recently had an aftermarket cruise installed in my 2003 Ranger 2.3L.
For anyone with any doubts about doing this, don't hesitate. It works great.
Control works almost identical to a factory unit, except it isn't on the steering wheel.
Just drove this truck on a 2000 miles plus trip and averaged 28 mpg on the highway!
