99 Ranger XLT I have the horn set from a 94 Buick Roadmaster. 4 horns 2 each side. 4 different tones 50 db each. How would they wire to the truck? Is there a need for a second relay?

On my truck with the single factory horn the wire is pathetically thin. Maybe 20 guage?

If it's the same on yours I would definitely increase the size of the wire from the relay to the horns and from the battery to the relay. You should not need a second relay, the relay itself and all the wiring on the switch side of the circuit should be more than adequate.

Just splice off the end of the new positive wire to the horns into 4 sections and ground each horn individually.

I would use existing wire at factory horn to activate another relay that powers the added horns, just add inline fuse to the hot all the time new 12volt wire for horns

That way it can be easily switched back or changed in the future
Relays are cheap and you just need short larger gauge wire and inline fuse from battery to handle the extra amps for the larger horns
Relay and horns are grounded on rad support
