I m putting a set of Rough Country 1.5 lift coils I got for cheap as in free. I was woundering which is the better option for the rear a set of Add-a-leafs or a set of Chevy drop shackles

Don't do either. With the leveling could your truck will sit perfectly ready to clear 30s or 31s
