Hey everyone!
I’m in need of some help, I am in the processor refreshing my entire ac system. I have replaced my ac compressor, condenser, and drier, and I flushing all my lines out as well as my evaporator out with ac flush cleaner, the new compressor I bought came prefilled with 7oz of oil, all the other components that are new I believe do not have any oil in them. Do I need to put oil in each component so they start with oil in them or just put the rest of the required 2oz’s of oil for a total of 9oz’s of oil in the compressor or a random line/component and once I run the system it will just even out? I can’t really find any information on the process of what to do when everything is replaced and drained of oil. If that’s not the case, should I drain the oil out of the compressor and put even parts of oil in each cleaned and new component? Let me know what you guys have done and what you think I should do, thank you everyone!
