ABS light...and other issues

The ABS light started flashing on my '93 Ranger today (3.0L, V6, 5 speed). At the same time it started flashing, the radio, headlights and brake lights went out. Are these related?

Have checked fuses...none blown.

Mystery solved

Took it to the local Ford dealer to plug into the diagnostics. Turned out to be a 40AMP "Maxi-Fuse" in a fuse panel inside the engine compartment...we didn't know it was there. Apparently, this fuse provides the power to the other fuse panel.

Usually fuses don't blow unless something causing a great electrical draw occurs. Did the dealer offer any explanations?
