I have a 1994 3.0 Ranger with A4LD with 5K miles on trans rebuild. All gears, including overdrive, shift correctly at all times. The torque converter will lock up when vehicle is cold or has sat overnight. Once normal operating temperature is reached, T/C will never lock up again until it cools overnignt. Does anyone have an idea what the problem may be?

The converter clutch will not engage and "lock" once vehicle reaches normal operating temperature. The computer shows no fault codes and I have replaced the engine coolant temp sensor.
