So seemingly having some trouble shifting. Truck doesn't want to downshift. Also shifts, unless held manually on upshift(1-2,2-3 is all that's available with the console) seem long or delayed. Not sure if modulator adjustment is a thing with these trans or if I have a shifter linkage off(I know it's a little out as park doesn't always quite want to engage..) could this be an issue with throttle cable adjustment? Thanks in advance.

Modulator adjustment can be a big deal and keep it from shifting. My vacuum modulator is adjustable and I had to turn mine wide open to get it to shift properly. A vacuum leak will cause it not to shift, too.
