i just got a new (to me) 92 ranger. reg cab, short box. 2.9L v6 with the 4 on the floor and OD. 4wd also. 700$ 136k

if i get a 2 inch body lift do i have to extend anything, and if so what?

my power steering pump is making a loud knock. it works fine but the guy before me ran it with no fluid. i have a new one for it that he gave me.

its kind of a pain to get it out of 4low, there a kind of trick to it?

now, im pretty sure it DOESNT have a super charger but when im running through the gears it sounds like it. hey, im not complaining, just curious!

if you guys could please answer even one of my questions it would be greatly appreciated :icon_thumby:

thanks yall. i love my ranger

your might benefit from the tech library
http://www.therangerstation.com/tech_library/bodymount_lift.htm

maybe the brake lines maybe need to be longer?? depending on how much you're going

prolly need to replace the power steering pump

as far as the tranny goes ....try replacing the oil within it and see if tames down. and again snoop through the Tech Library there is a host of information there
