a bit of clock spring help

so i broke the clock spring in my truck and now my tail lights, gauge lights, and fog lights no longer work and my number 33 fuse keeps popping, in addition, the horn blows constantly is this all because of the clock spring or is there other issues

Probably. I think all the circuits in question go through, or at the least are very close to the clock spring. It is almost certainly responsible for the horn.

I'd start by replacing it and seeing what happens.

Ok is there any info on properly installing one

I'm sure there is somewhere. It really isn't hard. Make sure the wheels are pointed straight ahead, remove steering wheel, remove old clock spring, install new one. They usually clip to the column, come locked in place, and have the top marked. It is one of the easier things to do.

ok so i have a new clock spring but whats with the yellow pull tab saying top and the arrow on the the white face is the arrow suppose to line up with it

Well the pull tab is supposed to keep it locked in the centered position. Usually when it is centered the arrow points up, sometimes there is another mark that it is supposed to point at, depends on who made the part. The "Top"goes at the top, you slide it on to the column and pull the tab.
