99 Ranger rusted cab corners

My 99 Ranger 4 door extended cab has the cab corners rusted out. I have looked high and low for a repair panel but I see nothing for the four doors except the entire piece that runs from the top of the cab down to the rocker. Has anyone else been able to find a solution? Thanks in advance.

Have you checked LMC truck yet? I think I remember them having what you are looking for. Maybe JC Whitney but it's been a long time since I've been on their site.

I haven't seen any repair panels for the extended cab four door trucks. There is a replacement piece that is the entire cab corner but it runs from the top of cab to the rocker

When I did this... I bought mine from Sherman and Associates. It was a long time ago and I'm not sure what is available anymore. The one I bought was complete corner... roof to rocker... but I seem to remember them having some patch panels at the time. Might be worth a shot.
