Looks real good. Its nice having little helpers. I have a cople of my own that likes taking my tools.

My first attemped at the wiring didn't work. After I was all done I noticed that the old abs plug for the rear dif was actually the same plug as the one I wired in that didn't work. So I hooked everything back up the way it was and just extended the rear plug to the t-case... still doesn't work:icon_confused: I'm hoping it just needs a new sensor or maybe a fuse. I'll find out today when I buy a new one.

I did put a new in mine before wiring it up, so that might help

so I haven't bought a new sensor yet but i DID find out that my rearend is about to go out. I'm thinking about putting a 14 bolt in its place... and the list goes on.

What going out on your rear end? If u go to a 14 bolt get a newer one and u should be able to plug your rear speed sensor to the axle.

I'm missing teeth in the spider gear. I don't thing the doubler helped it any. I have an older 14 bolt lined up. but I'll keep my eye open for a newer one for sure.

Love your build so far man.:icon_idea: This may be completely wrong but wouldnt a locker replace your spider gears, fix the issue and then you got a locker?:D

honestly I don't know what I want. Spider gear is only like $25. 14 bolt is stronger and I don't have to buy a new carrier to put in lower gears if I deside to wait on lockers and get what I want. I have no money in my rear axle at this time. so I'm not sure if I want to fix it or swap it. Oh and I can do a disc brake conversion for under $300 on a 14 bolt.

well I fixed my rearend only to find out that the sound I was hearing was coming from one of my t-cases. now I have to pull those and inspect. I think we made my drive line just a little to long and I need to make a braket for the rear of the t-cases so hopefully that will take care of the problem. at lease I know my rearend is good now. still thinking about that 14 bolt though. Time is money and I'm short on both.

Glad is wasn't the rearend. Is it just a viberation u getting or is a grinding sound?
I hear ya on the time and no money!!

if I hit the gas hard off the start it vibrates right under the seats. it feels like gears slipping but there is no sound outside or inside the truck. If its the trany its still under warenty so I really need to tear the T-cases out and inspect them.

Find out what the vibration was yet?

duck season just started so I had to put the truck on hold once again. My buddy has been pushing getting the buggy done also so my friday nights are taken up by that. I'll get-r-done one of these days. I have plenty of tube and other random parts just waiting for install.:annoyed:
