My front driveshaft has a cv joint already on it. got my shaft from a 79 bronco.

SWEET! I have a 79 bronco in my back yard. I'll see if it has one. Did you have to buy a convertion joint for the tcase side or did it bolt up? I can't believe I didnt thank to look at under my bronco that has been sitting forever.

The transfercase side bolted up, the axle side i had to get a coversion joint for.

Well... I got the drive line out and I have the opposite situation. it bolts up to my axle but not to my tcase. Do you have a bigger output yoke tcase?

My transfer case take a a 1310 u-joint, and my dana 44 was 1330 u-joint. I have the same u joint that on the rear out port of the transfercase. Maybe broncos used differnt yoke sizes on the full time/part time transfer cases. Think mine came from a bronco that had a full time transfer case.

Awesome truck!! I have a 2000 ford ranger 3.0L. I bought the truck when i was 16, I've had it for 2 years and I'm ready to work on it but obviously i don't have the money to do any major conversions like you did :( but I'll get there soon. I love your truck

Does anyone know how to restore a bw 1354 electric shift? I just want to buy a used one but i can't find any in texas, not even in the junk yards! I bought the truck knowing the 4wd not working and missing the driveshaft and cv axles. I got everything and when i put it together and tested it out, i found out that the transfer case doesn't engage but the shift motor works.

Aye! Congrats on TOTM. I've been away from this site too long. Gotta get back in the game

Well i had a busy day today, when i rebuilt my front axle forgot to put new axle seals in. Guess what leaked, both axle seal. So today i installed new seals and got my front drive shaft.

Heres both seals out.

Wait. Is there an inner axle seal for the rear d60, or just the front d44? Cuz I replaced the wheel seal on the rear axle when I had it apart. I had no clue there was an inner seal. Does that mean I gotta take it all apart again?
