Found a temp solution for my hubs. Did all the testing and definatly have a leak somewhere in each hub. So I pulled the hubs off and used a screwdriver and pushed the center down on the inside. This locked the hub in. I disconnected the vacuum lines so they could not disengage on there own. I cant unlock them with out pulling them off but at least I have 4 wheel drive now.

Do what he said and forget about it, I ran mine like that untill I sold it and never had any issues.

OR I can sell you my set. I bought them brand new from Ford a while back...then decided to rip the IFS out but I kept them if your interested.

Whats all in that? I might be interedted if hes not. I have a vacuum leak somewhere between the hose barb and the hub; and I am leaning towards the hubs, even with new o-rings.
