Hey , Got what is a strange one for me , On my 99 ranger 4x4 the abs tries to ativate the brakes while driving sometimes and the pedal will pulsate when stopping sometimes ? ABS lite is not on and no fault codes come up . Have replaced sensor on differental and checked (looked at ) front axle ones . Replaced pads since I had them off anyway . Any Help ?

If you are having false ABS activations it is usually caused by bad front sensors/wheel bearings (the ABS exciter rings are integral to the wheel bearing/hub assembly).

If you can have a shop test drive it and monitor the front ABS sensor PIDS to see which one is dropping off on you causing the ABS to activate.
