99 ranger 5 speed trans problem

well i have a 99 ranger with a 3.0 v6 and manual trans... i got an issue with the clutch... the trans will shift between gears when its not running but when i start it it wont shift out of neutral... i just replaced the slave cylinder and bled it out... i can see the slave cylinder pushing on the clutch.... im trying to bleed the clutch again but if anyone has any other ideas that would be helpfull.
