99 ranger 4x4 manual trans bad

I have a new to me 99 ranger 3.0 4wd 5spd that is bad will not go into 3rd gear and is going to need a clutch too. Where is everyone buying reman trans from? The truck has 205k.
 
I just ordered a reman from a builder for $865
