so i have 1999 ford ranger xlt, 4.0L 4x4 standard only way to go in my opinion, i just finished putting in a 3" body lift, and now i have 4'' blocks to put in the rear..... do i NEED bigger then OEM shocks for the blocks

Ya you will. But your truck is gonna look like crap cause the front is gonna be WAY lower than the back of your truck. I'd get 2 inch shackles for the rear and 3 inch spindles for the front it would look way better and you want to stay as far away from blocks as possible.

for the front i got torsion keys that say i should get 3'' out of..... so it would be 3'' in the front, four inch the back...... so would i have to buy shocks that are went for a 3-4'' inch lift???

Ya that would do but your back is still gonna be 3 inches higher. your better off doing shackles unless you want the huge rake. Oh and welcome to TRS.
