99 ranger 3" lift

31x10.5x15 3"blocks in the back and i believe a torsion twist up front not sure i bought it used and it already was lifted didnt even relize it till i was parked next to the same truck i doesn't feel like a torsion twist though.

I'm sure they would fit in the wheel wells ... until you turned all the way or tweaked the suspension out. Then they'd rub like hell.

u will need a three inch body lift

At the most you could fit 32 by cranking the t-bars or you could do a three inch body lift and clear 33-34 easy

for the body i would go with a 3in performance accessories body lift. i did one on my 99 and i love it i am running 33x10.5 on my truck
i have had the lift for a year and have had no problems with it good luck
