Okay after spending more time the truck, it upshifts fine.

It has a small clunk, that you feel and hear on the 2nd to 1st downshift.

Should i worry or get it looked into by a mechanic? :icon_welder:
 
Might not even be a transmission problem.

These trucks have a slip yoke on the rear drive shaft that can feel notchy.
Can't rule out universal joints either.

The previous owner, removed rears drive shaft to check something. Could he of reconnected the drive shaft poorly?
