i bought a 99 3.o ranger that needs hear gaskets i found alow milage 2003 3.0 for 300 .00 will it work if i change intakes and sencors t6hanks wes

The 03 won't have EGR, but it will have the composite upper which is better for mid-range torque production.

externally, the long block will be the same thing, its a bolt in using you current 99 accessories

with that said, you will also get the added bonus of updated pistons, crank and block

you got lucky with this find..... even if something is wrong with it, 300 is cheap
