I bought a 99 ranger 3.0 4spd od. The engine was locked up from the cam sync. going out. I replaced the engine and installed a new sync. The truck starts great, idles good. Sometimes the idle hangs at 1100 but drops down. Off idle there is a shudder from the engine and it has no power, cant use over drive. No ce light. Any ideas?
