98 ranger 4.0L system?

currently i have a flowmaster 44 side exit (stock piping other than this), but i have a huuuuuge exaust leak right after the manifold where it turns into the single pipe. im guessing its a gasket or something, im just wondering before i fix it..(soon its killing my gas mileage) how many cats are in this system?? and how many of them are removable ? any resonators? from what i can see its only one cat right under the cab, but i dont think that one is removable.

anyways basically im trying to adjust my exaust to a deeper sound if anyone could help

There is only one catalytic converter. Get rid of the flowmaster and get a dynomax ultraflo muffler if you want a lower tone.
