98 ranger 2.5 intake bypass

is the coolant bypass modification for my intake really worth it if im not pinging ??? and how much pep will i feel from an electric fan install and ditching the clutch fan ?

Neither would be noticeable but not 0 gain either.

The e-fan would be the better of the 2, mechanical fan requires horsepower to turn so when you raise RPMs some of that power goes to fan to move more air, so direct power draw on engine.

e-fan does require alternator to work a little harder but.........it isn't a direct relationship to RPMs, so you have more power when you accelerate
