98 hub conversion question

i just purchased a set of AVM hubs for my 98 ranger to replace those great vac. hubs. Problem is they may not be in for a little while. Im deff. going to wait for them because i hear they are great. However does anyone know of anyother manufacturer to make a conversion hub???????????????????????
