Hey fella's I am almost done with my 1998 5.0 swap in my 4.0 xlt super cab. I live in Elko ,Nevada. I've gone to the only two shops that has anything to do with driveshafts, and no one will touch the original facory shaft because of the "tulip style" joint on the front output of the transfercase.
What options do I have?
I Heard you can swap a front output shaft from an older 1354, what years?
Mannual or electric shift?
What does the shaft have 25 or 31 splines ?
Or is there a company with some kind of an adapter kit?
Will some one please help me with this so I can go out and play.
