when it is sitting still the rpm gauge goes down to 0 and jumps up to 1 and it keeps reapeating. It doesnt have any power when you accelerate on the gas pedal. Has a strong exaust fumes. Help!!

Crawl under the truck with it running and look at the cat converters. They may be cherry red because they are clogged.
