Was wondering what the difference is on the frame for 93 - 97 and 98 - 07? Westin makes a nice bull bar and would like to use it on my 94. It says it fits to the frame. Has anyone modified one to fit the older frame and how to do it.

Thanks!!

nothin is different other then suspension...cabs and doors and beds are the same as 93+ years thing is with them bully bars, they bolt to the rad support... im sure its a lil longer or such to clear different bumper sizes? only thing i can think of

Well, I called Westin today and they said the bar attaches to the frame. Now the question is will it clear the core support? If it will then all 93 & newer Rangers can use it!

Anyone have ideas?? :dunno:

Thanks!!!

The frames on the newer 98+ trucks are wider to accommodate the newer suspension.
