'97 steering wheel swap

I know it's been done because I've seen a few pics of this year ranger with aftermarket steering wheels. Grant does not sell a horn kit to mount an aftermarket wheel for this year due to the airbag needing to be removed.
There must be a kit that does work tho, anybody have a part number for a grant kit that fits?
The truck is not street driven so the airbag is not legally required, the racing harness in it has reduced the need for an airbag as well.
I need a smaller wheel for quicker direction changes in the slower, tighter corners

If you must...earlier column might swap. No guarantee, no research, but 93-97 was a generation. I don't have an airbag.
