97 OHV cam

Hi guy's, I'm new to this forum but have had great luck getting good tech tips and I thank every one of you that contribute. Now on to business. Can any body tell me what is the stock lift of a 1997 4.0L OHV cam is? I've got stage three heads and I want some thing just slightly bigger than what they call an RV cam. Its not an every day driver but I'm not racing it and want to not waste my money but don't want to rattle my truck apart. Can any body help? thanks

Comp Cams makes a 410 and a 422 cam for OHV's. Search this forum and you will find haha. As far as stock lift...couldn't tell ya
