97,4.0 L V6 multiple misfire

I just towed a trailer from Vancouver to Toronto. When I got home the truck was running rough and was getting misfire codes. I replaced all plugs and wires with ngk spaced at .054 and new coil pack, I'm still getting misfires. What else could cause this?
