97 3.0 2wd automatic transmission

i can not find this anywhere i was told it was a one year specific for the ranger or mazda truck ??? ive called 7 junk yards and looked in four states on craigs list why cant i find a transmission ,,,are there any swaps i can make ????

Don't you just have a 4R44E ? It shouldn't be THAT difficult to find...what state do you live?

I don't know which swaps you could do...anyone else know?

its the same thing, the mazda small truck is the ranger
