96 Xcab flip kit and ....

I have a 96 Xcab, came across a DJM flip kit, lifting shackle and shim kit for the center bearing, my question is, should I reverse the rear hanger? or should it be left alone like factory... all my stock brackets were rusted so I replaced all of them with new Ford ones... thanks
