96 F350 EGR circuit issue . . .

I found today that the EGR circuit was cut in half by my exhaust manifold. It is a 460 and I am not sure what the routing is for the above mentioned melted vacuum hoses as intended by Ford. Any pics or suggestions would be much appreciated!
