I have a '96 Ram that when the truck is idling in drive, the voltage drops to below 12v. It has not done this until it got cold this winter.

I have had the alternator tested and replaced the battery. The alternator tested good.

Anyone have any ideas?

I'd look at what the actual idle speed is.

Sounds like it could be low.

Now that you say that, I bet it is. I think it only started doing that after I started using the SCT. I may have to have the program changed a bit.

Yeah, maybe flash the stock tune back and see what happens, if the SCT is the problem, have the idle raised a bit (assuming you have someone doing e-mail tunes for you).
