I have a 95 Pontiac Sunfire that I recently bought that was non-running. I replaced the Spark plugs and got it to run rough and found that I wasnt getting spark to cylinder 3 so I replaced the coil pack and now it runs and drives and seems to be getting enough spark but when I first start it sometimes it will start misfiring and running rough until it gets warmed up and then it will run just fine. It seems to be getting spark to the spark plugs just fine but I think that I have narrowed it down to cylinders 3 and 4 not firing properly so I did a compression check and all cylinders have good compression so I dont think that it is a cracked head or blown head gasket. The 2 seperate coil packs are paired 1 & 4 and 2 & 3 so I dont think it is an intermittent spark problem. Anyone got any ideas where to check next?
