95 stang 5.0 w/E4OD from 95 f150 wiring ?

From the mustang GT Automatic im using the full harness to the tail lights including the dash. And i just picked up a E4OD w/manual t/c and harness section for tranny was included from a 95 F150, some of the stang tranny plugs will plug in to the E4OD but not all. does anybody know where i can findout what is what on both tranny's harness so i can cut and splice what i need. i have the stang book which is weak in the tran wiring department, any ideas would help, thank you

I went to a buddies shop and printed out a bunch of All Data charts for both rigs, I'm almost finished but i'm still not sure if the computer for the mustang and the tranny will get along in the way i told them to. Another question in the tranny department i have is will my 2.9 tranny support hold up to the weight or would one from an explorer 5.0 hold up better, or do i need to modify a f150 tranny support, any ideas would help, thank you
